I love it when macs have numerous problem and flaws but no one blames apple, when any pc have a problem, even hardware one, everyone blames microsoft, my advice go back to the mac store, knee drop the genius and pick up a third one.------------------------------
I love it when people think is so easy to get apple to take care of their customers, we all know the apple store looks like a women's shoe store full of pretentious smug college drop outs that always assume the client is wrong.You must be new to apple aren't you?
either that or really really old school user, that haven't bought a mac in the last 8 years..nothing personal, but Apple's customer service SUCKS MIGHTY METALLIC BAWLSS
