It's funny, I've had chocolate covered bacon before and it was delicious - but why is it one of those things that when you tell it to some square they just go "Ewwwwww!!!! Gross!!!" Why is that the natural reaction?
It makes perfect sense - people love to have syrup on bacon - I know I do - and it's the perfect blend of salty and sweet.
