Very confusing but I need to vent so here goes.
- Have two accounts with Natwest hence two bank cards
- Lost my wallet at weekend
- Luckily still had one of the cards in my pocket
- Ring natwest up to cancel lost card
- Go to get money out of machine yesterday and it retains my card!
- Now have NO access to money
- Go to natwest to tell them this, they order me a new card for that account aswell
- Card arrives in post today
- Its the card natwest ordered me in the branch yesterday (wtf?)- Now I know why the machine retained my card
- The idiot had put down the wrong card in the first place
- Recieve new card today and of course its the wrong card
- Because I ordered new card in branch yesterday that renders THIS one void.
- Still have no access to money and have to wait another 3 days for a cardIDIOTS!!!!!
