Something very fishy over at Cunts&Cunter. I asked them yestedray to acknowledge a couple of points - that I would not hand over layered high res files until they agreed to pay my full fees (They have asked they only pay the full fee if they choose to go ahead with my work) and that in the event that they receive my flattened presentation visuals and then choose not to continue working with me, that they ensure my visuals do not continue to serve as reference or direct inspiration for the design they choose to use.
They are getting two people to do this work and say it needs to be production ready and complete by the first presentation meeting on Friday. Because they have briefed two agencies, they don't want to pay me the full amount unless mine is selected.
I say its their mess for leaving such an important piece of marketing material until 1 week before the production deadline before they think about breifing it.
