    It all depend by the problem.
    If it is fixable fix it, and show that this was a challenge and the final result is better.
    If it is not fixabale, transform it into something with a new meaning.
    Of course it depends by how much money is involved.
    But constant review with the client should avoid big problems.

    And anyway I work in a world where nothing is definitive and everything can be fixed, amended updated.
