  I feel it necessary to point out that it is the general order of things here on QBN that new people with new personalities are disliked, resisted, and even aggressively discouraged from settling at QBN. It is only the passing of time that softens the old guard to the ideas of the newcomers, and once softened enough, the old guard positively embrace the seasoned newcomer as one of their own against the hoards of other, much newer arrivals who successively threaten the purity of QBN.
