i started out as a jnr in a brand new 3 person shop and worked my way up. not once has there been anyone above me creatively, just management. this was great to start with as i got to play CD long before i should have done. but after 5 years i have learnt pretty much fuck all.
i am quite envious salisae. congrats though.
