You say "glittery", but you mean "sweaty". Anyhow, not all have this effect, however, to gain this effect, as one idea, would to use a very hard light, like a 1K spot (for the face), in addition to your softer ambient lighting (for everything else).

- In a lot of their cases the skin has a shimmer texture. I'm sure that some of it is lighting, but I'm sure there's a lot of PS work in it.kgvs72
