The poor man's drug is something I saw on 60 Minutes a LONG time ago in a story about alcoholism on Indian reservations.
They call it Cheyenne Champagne - basically taking an aerosol can of cheap cheap hairspray - White Rain for example - puncturing the can, draining the liquid into a gallon milk jug, and then getting drunk on that.
So disturbing.
