  so that works out about £720 a month plus c-tax etc for an average to small double room furnished entirely in Ikea Beech.

  LOL!

  I used to live on Kingsland Rd around 2000-2002ish and while that may be convenient for bars full of muppets, you're in a desolate smog trap come the summer months
