    STARRSWEETS desserts are gentle for people with celiac, I. B. and gluten sensitivities. We use a combination of ‘gluten free flours’ (white rice, brown rice, quinoa, amaranth, almond meal, garbanzo & fava bean and others) and XYLITOL & AGAVE, the natural sweetener that Dr. Oz (Oprah) recommends. XYLITOL has a low glycemic index, fewer calories than sugar and doesn't spike insulin levels – so they're diabetic friendly, too.
