I'm still going through hell with adobe trying to do something similar. Be warned you need the original retail serial, so if you bought your first adobe/macromedia product over ten years ago (like me) and then just upgraded you need that very first original serial (fine if you have the box etc - I didn't, it was over ten fucking years ago!!!). You'll be fine if they registered the original product online and have it on file. Apparently I didn't and have went through hours of shit!!!! HOURS AND HOURS....
- and you won't be able to swap back and don't believe the 8-10 days to get it. I've been waiting 2 months.Jnr_Madison
