It is very interesting. All about the money? Do the patent holders want to hinder the use of their technology?
It seems like if MS must make a major change, it will slow our use and ease of use of the technologies, but it will work it's way back to normal as we now know it.
Or we may have to rethink how we implement certain technologies. We may see some very cool things come out of this from developers.
