anybody ever had an ulcer?
I developed an acute pain in teh belly suddenly yesterday wich raged for about 4 hours and kept me up till half one, groaning and clutching my middle. Then in went away again as fast as it had appeared and I got some sleep. It occurred to me it might be something nasty flaring up and I wonder if anyone has experienced this?
- Well not. But go on a detox diet for a while (rice, no coffee or alcohol for a while) and see if it goes.Fariska
