WinHTTrack is one that works well...
http://www.httrack.com/i had a client who had a former host who told me to use this to grab his site (cause the client didn't know how to do it, and the host didn't really care about giving him a new ftp log/pass cause he was switching anyways...) only thing was that the site had a ton of php in it... all the scripts didn't get transferred:( php hides the code and only spits out the output.
damn host.
