    ok this shit is for real, this is next door (USA), Mexico, is this not a serious issue , I live a stone throw away ,

    word on the streets, I go over the border weekly, lots of family , and the talk of the town is this,

    Calederon declared an all out war on "Orignized Crime" The War on Drugs ,you name , There is weekly clash between Mexican Army and Hitmen , there was a drive by at the Police Station, decapitations, kidnappings, 25-30% of the body count, Innocent Bystander, and Wrongfully accusted civilian deaths ,

    and now this

    Juárez Citizens Command, is claiming it will kill a criminal every 24 hours to bring order to the violent crime-plagued city.
