Whats the best way to fix a fucked up sleeping routine?

- ambien. My sleeping is all fucked up to::::Bed at 4am********
- well i had 4 hours sleep yesterday. i went to bed at around 2pm-6pm, i haven't been to sleep sincekalkal
- and other than that, its totally irratickalkal
- i can't seem to take control of it, if i went to bed now (6:15am) i wouldnt get up until 2 in the afternoonkalkal
- and stay up crazily late againkalkal
