Not much happening here in Perth, the mining boom is winding down and people are still waiting for the downturn to hit. We do have awesome beaches but Id tip my hat towards Melbourne with Sydney as a close second for making a fresh start.
Melbourne definitely has a better arts scene, they put perspex panels over graffiti to protect it sometimes FFS!
