  working on an serverapplication that has to download footage material from a server and then put some layers of texts and logos and crap over it. then send the whole to another server. I decided to use opensource tools for this and now half of the staff at the office is giving me a hardtime, mainly because they don't understand what I am doing. I hate them right now.
