Israel and Hamas need to both sign up to the International Criminal court.

There are already calls for Israel to sign up so they can be tried for War Crimes. (proportionality, collective punishment, use of certain weapons). And Hamas need to be brought to book on rockets aimed at occupied areas.

The recent UN human rights resolution needs to have some form of enforcement.

as it concluded its ninth special session which discussed “the grave violations of human rights in the Occupied Palestinian Territory including the recent aggression in the occupied Gaza Strip”.

The resolution called for an “immediate cessation of Israeli military attacks throughout the Palestinian Occupied Territory, in particularly in the Occupied Gaza Strip that have resulted, thus far, in the killing of more than 900 and the injury to more than 4000 Palestinians, including a large number of women and children.

It also called for an “end to the launching of the crude rockets against Israeli civilians that resulted in the loss of 4 civilian lives and some injuries.”

    • Also you don't really hear the outcry when entire villages are amputated in Africa, or that Over a million murdered in darfourlaurus
    • Why? cause Africans don't have oil. Also, the western tradition is that Jews can take anything.laurus
