    I was bouncing a basketball in JDSports as I chatted to a customer (how fucking annoying must that have been anyway?), and one bounce went off slightly, hit the heel of a man walking past and bounced up and into the face of a woman sat trying trainers on. Direct hit. Blood everywhere.
