a friend of mine was travelling through the middle east this summer. She was teaching in Jordan. Apparently when she was leaving Israel they didnt stamp her passport as it would make it hard for her to get around elsewhere - so high is the hatred for Israel in the arab world. Difficult and dangerous place.....
