Younger generations won't learn to be more professional about the whole thing, which will lead parents to have the "Careful what you broadcast about yourself dear" conversation along with the sex talk at early ages. The world will start holding people more accountable for things they put on their profiles. Your myspace pictures of you getting wasted will hurt your chances (or help) at working at hoity toity place.
