i just started cooking dinner..
-chicken kabobs with white onions, green peppers marinated in a whiskey hickory sauce i prepared last night. i added fresh dill and sliced up 2 jalepenos and some marchego cheese. i have a bottle of white burgundy french wine which is a 2004 Chablis. i also chopped up a romaine head of lettuce that i mixed in red onions, the jalepenos i chopped earlier, fresh cooked bacon, tomato, cucumbers and avocado, that has an olive oil and squeezed lime with lemon pepper and salt and garlic for spice. i have made a side dish of penne pasta to go with the chicken.
