I've only ever had 1 or 2 dreams about them, and it involved them not being able to hear me because I was dead. Some of the only dreams I have had that were not lucid.
I wouldn't feel bad about it. Sometimes people do have dreams and don't remember them. Tell her how much you care about her in person and don't worry about anything else.
