I bought a Canon Ixus 70 and i'm really happy with it. I bought it on the basis that it is one of the smallest I could find - 8.6 cm x 1.9 cm x 5.4 cm. It fits into pockets so easily.
The Sony DSC T7 is similarly sized, a little bigger but thinner at 9.2 cm x 1.5 cm x 6 cm.
