My current girlfriend made a small diary of a months worth of cheeky/filthy thoughts and wrote them all down onto nice paper and bound them herself into a little book (she illustrated some of the pages too). It's great as there is so much emotion and thought in it, plus I found out she is pretty damn kinky - which makes me feel less perverted!
