    Ritter was a mountaineer, and as such he needed a handy way to boost sugarlevels after an exhausting hike up a 90º rock face. The Ritter Sport is designed to fit into a breast pocket - the only pocket one can safely reach for whilst hanging from a rope up the north face of the Eiger.
