    You know, ay back in the day when Ifirst started working on a website that needed a cms, I used pMachine Pro, which was the
    predecessor of EE, which, from a frontend designers perspective was a dream to work with compared to Wordpress (damn multiple template shit) and Txtpattern (whackadoodle naming system and structure) at the time.. I hated the changes they made when they turned it into EE. The ltest version of EE is better, but still for some tings the old pMacine Pro software was great. You can still download it if anyone is interested in giving it a walk around the proverbial block. There's still an active user base for it here (and download link):
