    Fuck, I went to bed maybe an hour and twenty minutes ago, felt good about stuff and couldn't sleep. Thought of a couple of great personal projects to run this year and generally felt really good about things. Really feeling very positive and confident with where my work is going at the moment...

    ... then, for no apparent reason, with no negative thoughts or doubts entering my mind at all its turned into the mother of all anxiety attacks. Heart pounding, brain in panic mode, limbs weak and humming, nausea, breathing wildly, the whole works on warp factor eleven.

    I've had to get up, stick some peanut butter on a massive chunk of bread to try and stop my stomache from flying away, but I'm still in it. I can hardly control my hands to type. Massive hyperattack and I have no idea why, or what for, or what triggered it.

    Just thought I'd drop in to see what can distract me on the Qoob.

    Sorry for bombing Blog thread again.
