Thought you might have been looking for something a bit different. I searched for some type of software or template with no luck..I would think there has to be something like that out there though.
You could pull a swf of one you like, and use a swf to fla decompiler to get the source fla file.....just make sure you change it enough so it's not a blatant rip :)
