    I keep suffering from dream paralysis. I become stuck in a dream and I can't move my body. let's say I'm being chased in a dream, I can't wake my body up. I start to twitch my arms and then my legs. it becomes a race to wake myself up before I'm caught. Lately I've gotten better at waking my body up but it's still a pain in the ass. anyone else experience this?
