    I have just got back from swimming, at he commy pool in edinburgh, (It's called the royal commonwealth pool but it gets called the commy pool) I did 30 x lengths which is 1500 meters in total, I feel pretty good. Before I went I had a salad with anchovys (shshsh) and some smoked peppered mackerel mmmmmmm yum. Just about to hop into the shower.
