    Don't go to bartending school. Waste of money. I did it 10 years ago.

    1) Can you pour drinks? How well? Can you multitask?
    2) Are you a hot chick?
    3) Does the bar need help?

    These 3 factors get you the job. Since you're a smarmy dude you might be better off entering as a barback, unless of course you don't mind working in a dive.
