    I'm on hold right now. I find that I forget all the information I need to know once someone does get to me, as it takes me by surprise (even though I am calling THEM). My student number, course codes, etc.

    We have a new co-worker, and it's hard for me to look her in the eyes. I turn into some awkward idiot...
