    Dear Mg33,

    We received your letter where you express your excitement about giving up coffee, we assure you that you will continue feeling better as the days go by, also as you mentioned in your letter you are planning to join a gym, before you spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on a Gym membership we strongly encourage you start doing some light exercising such as walking. Remember that the gym staff is there to sell memberships and all they want your money. You are correct by noting that exercise will in fact boost your energy levels but do not expect this to happen overnight, specially if you have lived a sedentary life for the past several years.
