    harlequino,

I guess I was just realizing that I never have any energy, I don't get enough sleep, and I'm generally a pretty anxious and slightly stressed person. In reading about people giving up coffee, these were things that they said the experienced with coffee, and they went away somewhat after giving it up.

My problem is that I just never seem to have any natural energy. I'm always dependent on getting up and getting a cup of coffee to get me going. Then later in the day after that's worn off I'm usually exhausted.

My next big thing to do is get a gym membership and start exercising. I know that's supposed to really boost the body's natural energy levels and, who knows, after I find a good balance of that maybe I'll go back to 1 - 2 cups here and there. Maybe the twice a day multivitamin will keep me feeling better in the afternoon with coffee.
