    I like the cinematic typography actually, but I don't like how active links increase in point size on rollover- too clunky. I love the junk at the bottom, but as others have mentioned, the nav is a bit buried in there. Also in terms of hierarchy I think Work is more important than About, but that's subjective.

    Creating a Flash pop-up isn't much more than a little piece of action script that you can copy'n'paste from several different Flash dev/tutorial sites. Check www.kirupa.com and www.flashkit.com.

    QBN can be great for crits dude, and a good place to start learning how to toughen your skin ;-)
