Nosebleed Help

  I did a stupid move by taking a shower, its started bleeding right after it,
  I modified the cold shower method by putting my hands and feet in freezing water and having a coton stuck in my nose, the bleeding stopped after 1 min,

  now i feel better i'll snort with the other nostril :) jk
