  to me a designer's brand is not very interesting to most people. in most cases they want design to work, and to be made with some good attention.

  the rest is extra > art, entertainment, self gratifying statements etc. etc.

  designers who only work following their own style/ideas without any compromise aren't designers. they are artists.
