Funny enough I met Ron Hickman, who designed the Elan back in the sixties. Lives just round the corner from me. His garage is unbelievable. Two Elans, some old Duesenberg and a 1930's roller previously owned by an Arabian prince and a mint Volvo 240 dl from the seventies. Barking mad, in that particular English eccentric way...
