I'm sorry.
I'm from Canada, Toronto specifically. Not trying to insult my Canadian comrades or anything, but I would think a country like the US would have better talent and education.
If you still desire Canada, there is the York/Sheridan programme here in Toronto. The two institutions have actually built two new buildings for us this year, so that's not shabby. The technology is up-to-date (getting the G5s in a few weeks) and the professors are... well good and bad. You would basically test the waters to see what profs are good. The students get quite a few awards, so someone must be doing something right!
The downsides are: The tuition is expensive for a Canadian university and the travel between two institutions can be a pain in the arse.
