so i don't know much about economics but this occured to me and was wondering if someone can provide some incite...for the past few years oil/gas companies have been posting HUGE record breaking profits as prices rise etc. Now considering how in bed the oil companies are with car companies especially in the usa there must be some wheeling and dealing going on amongst execs, this must have been predicted so what are the oil companies doing about the car industry going to shit? Do they care or are they just letting them go for the bailouts?
