Personally, when I see someone write 'E-mail' or 'e-mail' I assume they are an older adult who does not use computers on a regular basis.
When I see 'eMail' I assume it's written by some geek in MC Hammer pants trying to be cool.
I think that most people who use it write 'email'.
As for the other, I would say that I've seen 'website' most consistently. As proper as it may be, the web does not care whether or not you respect it with a capital W.
Of course, 3m41L and w3b s1t3 work for some people.
