Greetings from the Cape, I hope the holidays have been good to you and yours, and I wanted to touch base with you about next summer. Mr. Smith's cottage would be available to you in July starting the 11th, and the rates have remained the same. Right now the three weeks of 7/11-8/1 are open. I'm sending a few pics of what it is like out there in the off season when I was last out there last month. Always majestic and powerful no matter the season!
