Well in today's society......
When Santa hit high school he started to roid up for football, His height was also a problem so growth pills and spinal lengthing was the only option. Well the drugs and surgery paid off big time.
He was a star running back for the North Bobcats High School--smashing every state and national record. His acclaims eventually got him drafted to Northwester University. In his freshman year Santa blew his knee out in practice. His football career was over.
After rehab Santa took a job in the north pole as an Ice Road Trucker, his steriod muscle eventually turned to water weight and the freezing weather caused him to bulk up with fat to insulate the body.
On one ice day, Ice Trucker Santa and his truck full through the ice to the journey of the center of the earth elf hole. This is where he became Santa and flew out in a red rocket sled to bring joy to all of the world.
