100 fresh-harvested oysters, Taittinger, and lump crab meat for the first course. Braised haddock with purée of parsnip & seared apples with port.
The woodstove is cranking and i have to listen to Christmas music (of note, i loathe christmas music) but it should pair well with an old-vine Cab from Argentina. It is spooky how similar Rand and I's nights are IMO.
(note: little necks with leeks and chorizo were for lunch)
