sad situation 7. :(
she's acting miserable because she is. I had similar difficulties with my mom years ago and I chose not to speak with her for 3 years (including holidays). she had a lot of time to think and has really come around and now we have a mutually respectful and loving relationship. it's sad when our parents are the ones who have the harder life lessons.
