yeah, f5 and you'll find that on a PC :) Just picking on you. Our macs at the office seem to update ok, within 10-15 seconds of a change typically, could be the server you're running, our's is a pc running win2kadvanced with two 450gb raids... on a gigabit network... that might be it.. but who knows...
