Wow, this thread led to an interesting evolution from pure bashing, into an interesting discussion. And I don't have any qualms with admitting that a lot of my work for clients are based on their references (some were blatantly a copy+paste reference from an existing work by others, etc and attributed with clear directions that it is to be followed closely), and some of them are my idea which was largely inspired by others work. And I am still learning, growing and I don't think we all will ever stop learning.
